Established in August 2018, Masuku Incorporated (Masuku Attorneys) is a distinguished 100 percent black female owned South African boutique law firm. The firm was founded by Ms Nomusa Masuku. The founder of the firm is qualified and duly admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Our experts

Nomusa Masuku

Nomusa Masuku graduated from the University of Kwa – Zulu Natal and was admitted at Cape Town High Court. She has extensive experience in a diverse range of transactional matters, and her legal practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial law, litigation in civil law, commercial finance, construction, and general business contracts.

Joseph Masuku

Joseph has an LL.B. from the University of Zululand

Qiniso Honest Masuku

Qiniso Honest Masuku graduated from the University of South Africa in 2017 and did his articles with Sago Bc Attorneys (JHB) in 2020. He then later became a Legal Consultant of Sago Bc Attorneys from 2021 till 2023. He has vast experience on RAF matters, Medical Negligence, Minister of Police, Eviction matters, Company Law, Divorce, Estate and Wills, Contractual Law, Civil litigation, Intellectual property law, GEPF claims, Labour law, Company registrations, Trusts, Applications for cancellations of fraudulently obtained Title Deeds, Letters of Authority/Executorship, to mention but a few. He has since joined Masuku Inc ranks. Our current client’s and prospective clients are in good capable hands.
